You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

5. AI-Generated Content

CVs and analyses generated by AI are based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

6. Credits & Payments

Credits are used to access AI features. Credit usage is non-refundable except in cases of service failure. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CVMATCH AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
