  • Generate tailored CVs and job match analyses
  • Store your profile and CV data for your use
  • Send transactional emails (password resets, welcome emails)
  • Improve our AI models and service quality

3Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and API key encryption. Your CV content is only used to generate tailored resumes and is not shared with third parties.

4AI Processing

When you use AI features, your CV content may be processed by AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) according to their respective privacy policies. We only send the minimum data necessary for the requested operation.

5Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Account.

6Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
