• Match CVs against job descriptions
• Generate tailored, ATS-friendly resumes
• Analyze skill gaps and readiness
• Manage professional profiles

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits & Usage

AI features require credits. Credits are consumed when you:

• Extract profile data from CVs
• Analyze job matches
• Generate tailored CVs

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your CV content and personal data. Generated CVs are yours to use as you see fit. We claim no ownership over your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

CVMatch AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for job application outcomes or interview results. Our service is a tool to assist your job search, not a guarantee of employment.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings > Account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
